  If you have experienced, contractors not turning up for interview or turning down a contract, then it is normally down to a lack of control from the consultant. Our consultants have the ability to not only quickly find and qualify a candidate’s suitability for a position, but also to control the entire recruitment process. This is vital, as most contractors will be pursuing several opportunities. Finding someone who meets your criteria and who can fulfil the role is only part of the process; making sure the role meets the contractor’s requirements and that they want the position is equally as important. In fact as we need two “Yes’s”, one from you and the other from the contractor; ideally we like to get one of these out of the way before we even forward a candidates CV.<

Managed Recruitment Services

When the HR Director of a Global Financial Institution asked us to take control of all of their IT Recruitment, they tasked us with the placement of 100 additional permanent people within a 3 month period, which we achieved.
